The stages of making a gardigan
Right now I'm making a dark suit for a male client of wool. In order to manage this I need skillful hands and instructions as well as expertise. I can only give advise on these things, so here's some.
First thing to do is to take measurements from the client. They have to be taken from the chest, neck, shoulder, shoulder blades, diaphragm, waist and hips. Also the length of the jacket needs to be determined. For pants, the measurements need to be taken from waist down, more precisely from the hips, sides and from the leg to the floor.
